Anyone else find their DPS fairly low compared to other classes?
Was just testing on a dummy
7.3k for arcane
7.9k for fire
Single target no CDs ect
Been seeing people pull 9-10k in heroics, with about the same gear, or even lower.

Doing fire rotation of
-LB
-Scorch for crit bonus
-Fireball/FFB untill LB/Scorch/Hotstreak

Arcane
-4 ABs
-Missiles/barrage

Must be missing something here

I think it's just you bud... Im able to pull 11-12k as both arcane and frost.

Odd, been using FFB, what do you have for haste/crit/mastery/hit?
Edit: Just be to sure tried out fireball, same dps.

Stats arn't balanced yet, you lost alot of crit while leveling too 85 and it hurt's the fire spec, also you need alot more hit.

Use Flame Orb.
Download combustion helper addon, and use combustion at the proper times.

That said you'll see a vast improvement of dps once you get dungeon gear assuming you're in questing gear.
I'm doing 13-16k on single target boss fights even more on cleave fights.

Depends on gear. I do 7.3k as arcane on a dummy but i've got 1/3rd 333 and rest greens no heroic items.

Don't forget in a dungeon you get 5% more damage if you join with the tool. With buffs, etc. I see 9-10k on bosses i've done in normal dungeons.
