So my warlock is stuck online. I can log into any character on my account except for my Warlock. I then logged on my alt and added my warlock to my friends list (Who is on the same account by the way), and my warlock is just online after a disconnect.
Any suggestions as to what I can do to get him offline? I'm a few bars from 85 and I'd like to get him leveled up, haha

Log onto your alt and afk for 15 minutes before going back to your main.

Give it some time.When that happened to me it logged out automatically about 15 mins later.

I opened up another WoW and signed in while already signing in, disconnecting my other WoW. That seemed to fix it for me.

It often happens after freak disconnects. It usually doesnt last that long. If Relyk's suggestion doesnt fix it, contact a GM on another toon or by phone.
