hey guys yeah well im lvl 85 now and im having a bit of a problem finding out what cap we need for hit but also whats the nice cap for haste crit and ofc mastery? :S

btw what rotation are u guys using on boss fights?

I don't know what the cap is off the top of my head, but I think it's around 8%. Thankfully, Blizz. put the "% to miss" chance right on the character pane, as far up as 88 once you're 85, so you can just stack up hit 'til that number reads 0.00%.

black arrow
cobra x3

rotation:
explosive shot on cd
black arrow on cd
cobra shot (no steady)
arcane shot to burn off extra focus.. does more than cobra shot... don't let yourself have too little focus to use explosive/black arrow when those come off cd... and don't let yourself be sitting at 100 or you're losing damage.
