    Random stuff in computers.

    hi

this may not be completely wow related, but it's definitely something about computers. I've always been wondering how a computer can make randoms stuff happend, like /roll and all that. I have been searching for a while on google, but i can't find something that explains it so i understand it.

Anyone mind helping me understand it?

    thanks
Congratulations on graduating to expert level trolling, I would stick around but I'm busy getting gay married in 13 states and performing roadside abortions while passing bills that take away people's guns while i sip superior european wine and cheese i bought with european style socialist money, arrivaderci!

Randomness in computers is based on stuff that 'looks' random, for example time (BIOS keeps time with millisecond precision) or "how many times user has clicked mouse during last 5 minutes". Neither of those are really random, but when enough of pseudo-random variables like that are multiplied together, odds at hitting exact same number many times will be smaller than winning lottery.
Never going to log into this garbage forum again as long as calling obvious troll obvious troll is the easiest way to get banned.
    Trolling should be.
