Shutter Island is a pretty good Thriller if youre into such thing.
A little older would be Zodiac, Fight Club and Memento.
All these are on my top 10 of best movies.

Ok cool i'll check those out, here's some I recommend btw:
-28 days and the follow up 28 weeks (zombie movies, best I've ever seen)
-Paranormal Activity 1( 2 is shit don't watch it)
-Nightmare on Elm street(think it's the 2010 remake)
-Hostel 1&2(gruesome though, tortue etc, it made me sick=)
-The crazies(awesome zombie movie as well)
Only horrors sorry, since I don't watch a lot of others atm I like being scared shitless.
