Ever since I hit lvl 82 I can not do a random dungeon with the lfg tool. I am getting told that I don't meet the requirements. Does the item lvl to the random go up as we level?

Item level requirements rise; it will tell you what ilevel you need and how far away you are. Also, may be obvious but make sure you've discovered the entrances as well.

You need to discover all instances that are available at that time.

I have only discovered 2 of them. I was able to do the 2 at lvl 81. It is very irritating as I haven't won any gear yet, so I can't get my ilvl up.
