Twilight Highlands quest bug?

So I have been following the quest chain in Twilight Highlands and got to the quest called "the last of her kind" which you have to kill Obsidia. When she died I didn't get credit for the kill and couldn't pick the quest back up when I abandoned it, has any one else had this problem? Is it a bug?

I've had the same issue. Flew all over the place looking to pick it up again, even grouped with someone else while they were doing it.

It was a bug on the beta that the kill didn't give credit. They did fix that in beta tho, but now it's back.. The 'not being able to pick it up again'-part seems new to me.
