Hi guys, I see a lot of hunters with Elemental Slayer on their weapons. Is the tooltip just a typo or does it actually proc off range?

I just use it because my enchanter wanted a skill-up. Not like it matters until there are actual epic crystals.

Ah, thanks for posting. You were actually the reason I made this topic ;P I was looking at your armory and saw it and got curious. Thanks for the post, wont go blowing g on a useless enchant now.

It is rather strange that the +130Agi is quite low skill level in Enchanting (480ish I think) but requires a BoP enchanting rod that can only be made at (I think) 515. Curious.
