TG>SMF unless your 1h wep's are significantly higher dps than your 2h, TG should perform better in most cases.

TG is a bit better in 346 gear. I tested it on the dummies with 3 million damage done each. Pulled 11k as TG without CDs and 9,5k as SMF.
Both with 346 weapons, 2.6 speed for 1hs, 3.6 for 2hs.

TG is better by a bit, but not a HUGE margin. I pull 13k-14k and most SMFs I group with pull 11k or so.

the margins are smaller than that, the average difference from most solid parses that I've seen is in the area of 3-4% in the favor of TG

i got 2 346 1h weapons (easyer 2 get them as a tank hehe) and 16% of hit expertise cap and around 16% of crit.
Rage gen seems shit :/. If i get 2x2h then well you get more hit rating i gues.
Hit rating>all atm.
When i dont get rage gaps i do around 11-12k dps on single target tho :P
