Pre raiding Hpal trinkets?

Hi all, ive just dinged 85 and am gearing for raids as we speak(well when login servers are up anyway =P) and am wondering if i should use http://www.wowhead.com/item=55854 over http://www.wowhead.com/item=65804 or http://www.wowhead.com/item=55819. i was thinking of replace the talisman as the proc (934 mastery) is sort of useless for a hpal. thoughts?

Tear of blood for sure im also using blood of isiset for now with some mastery reforged into haste the haste buff is really nice

yeah i havnt bothered reforging my non heroic gear. the 230 odd spirit certainly is nice, but i really cant decide between the both

Tear of Blood of these three. I will probably drop the jc trinket (+int +sp on use) for Tear of Blood (heroic) once i get it. I consider the other jc trinket +int +spirit on use the best before raiding.
