I was wondering if anyone actually have gotten it? I have read about people getting the 2h sword, nelf trinket, tol'vir scepter and pretty much everything else, but nothing about this awesome staff. I know several people farming it, and nothing. Is it even in-game? I personally have 50 completed dwarf artifacts, i have all common, and all the rares except the staff (if it exists). If you have heard or seen anything that can confirm this staff is actually in the game, please respond here, thanks

After a busy night of searching I managed to find the answer.

Yes, it seems it is available in the game, how do I know?
I found a player who actually has it.
He's called Smeegul on the EU realm Shattered Halls.
Armory it, sinds I can't link cause I'm on my mobile right now.
