    why is Tattooed Eyeball

    Why is this item 359 on here, but when you create this item, its only 346. Am i missing a quest or something to get it too 359 to sell??

    In beta, the item was an epic, and the info here is based on the beta. Blizzard nerfed the item before release to be equal to the justice point/heroic dungeon gear. So that 346 is all you get.
