I found it odd with Enchanting...

I was pretty stoked to get the 130 Agi to 2h weapon enchant. I think it was red around 480-490 enchanting - but the rod I need to enchant it I can't even learn until 515 enchanting. Is this an error...kinda seems like it. Every other enchant that was red during 480-490ish used the Runed Titanium Rod except this one - now it's turned gray and my enchanting is at 503 (still can't create the Runed Elementium Rod yet, and it makes sense that none of my other enchants require it yet even at this point). Anybody else notice this?

Yep, i got this and was like sweet this should be a good scroll to sell. Went and bought the rod from a BS, then was like wait. Why can't i get the pattern for this rod. Look it up, learned at 515 WTF?!?! This has to be an error, no way a pattern should gray out before you can use it...
