<Popular Ladies Men> is recruiting a tank or dps or healing slot for progression raiding. We are a 10 man progression guild.

Our spot is for someone that can perform above par since one of our members is leaving the game.

Expectations:

Must be 85
Must be prepared to min/max professions
Mastery of the class
Knowledge of new encounters
Hardcore raiding experience in prior expansions
Easygoing
Ignorant/egotistical/arrogant need not apply
Prepared to put in a great amount of time to the first 2 months of Cata
Sense of Humor
Able to take criticism well

Current Recruitment Needs:

Tank: Feral/Death Knight
Healer: Dpriest/Rdruid
DPS: Any DPS above 15k may apply



Raid Schedule:

Tuesday/Wednesday/Sunday 8 PM ST-12 AM PST using Thursday and Monday for progression/clean up days.

Our goal:
Our goal is to hold a gain a top 100 US and top 500 world rank in Cataclysm. We are fully dedicated and willing to attain this rank, and have been going hard on encounters during our raid nights. We expect to hold our respective rank throughout the expansion and stay together as a guild for as along as possible. Also, we want to develop a raiding style that is much like a group of friends playing to have fun with each other. We do not enjoy the co-worker style of raiding, and we value progression raiding with friends over treating each other like peons under the same company. If applying, please have similar goals as us and be ready to be challenged every time we raid.

Where we come from:

Most of us came from top 100 guilds during Wrath and Burning Crusade. Leadership has lead guilds in top 500 world throughout Burning Crusade and Wrath. Our cohesive friendship in the guild has kept us friends for almost 6 years. We mostly come from hardcore PvE and PvP environments and value competency and skill over gear. We have 0 tolerance for incompetence or people performing under expectation. If applying, please be confident in your abilities and be ready to be challenged.


Not a fan of TL;DR posts so in keeping this short, I will mention that this spot is for a concrete raid position. One that in which the person applying must realize that in a 10 man guild you MUST be online to raid, otherwise the raid composition for the night is screwed up due to bringing in a backup raider. Please realize that we are looking for someone that is very experienced in the game, not looking to hold anyone's hand.
