    Instead of a horror effect it aplies a fear effect that shares a DR with normal fear.

    I like how they hotfixed some meaningless pve shit and this is still in the game while the arena season has begun allready.

    DOnt spec for S&P for pvp until they fix it. if its a horror effect they will become immune to your Psychic horror after DR so its just useless... enjoy everyone dispelling your dots freely.
