Urgent Archy Question

Right now I am 400 Archy. I ahve saved all my Troll Fragments for a push to Zinrockh when I hit 450.

What I want to know is, can I still get the 450 epics if I don't learn the next level of Archy? Cause I want to possibly get Zinrokh before the new zones open up and steal digsites off the trolls.
