Question about DPS Runeforging

As DK DPS do we still need to be using Fallen Crusader or should we be using one of the other weapon enchant such as Hurricane or Landslide? Few different people have given me different answers. Just looking for a quick simple answer. Thank you

The dps runeforges scale infinitley there will never be a point where normal enchants outscale them.

Reason being normal enchants always give you a set amount damage per hit or ap on proc While fallen crusader is 15% str with 70%+uptime witch makes normal enchants a joke in comparison and provides near infinite scaling.

Landslide - definitely no, Fallen Crusader tops that

Hurricane - though tests are needed to see if 600 haste are > than 15% of your str, i'm inclined to say it isn't since str is a primary stat and any beef added to that just adds pure baseline constant damage as opposed to potential haste issues (hitting a cap for example)
