What kind of power supply is your computer running? What kind of mother board? How old is the computer? What kind of FPS are you getting currently?

Pentium D...LGA775 dual core, so you're looking at upgrading to a either a good Core 2 Duo (E8400, etc) or a lower-end Core 2 Quad Q8xxx (like Q8300 or Q8400). Sorry but that's what you're limited to with whatever motherboard you're using with your Pentium D.
You can also safely upgrade your video card to an HD5770, it should work if you're already using a 9400GT.

Your setup is basically at it's limit as far as upgrades go, the best option would be to buy a new setup of Mobo+CPU+RAM....but I don't know what prices over there are like =/
I'm currently using Core 2 Quad Q8200 (stock clocks lol), HD5770 and 2gb RAM and get around ~30-40 fps in 25mans on high settings during fights, which is more than playable. Rest of the time I can easily run Ultra at 60+ fps in 5/10mans and flying around zones.

Those are most likely the best upgrades you can get.

What OS are you running? For Windows XP 2GB of RAM is fine, but if you got Vista or 7 you're gonna want to upgrade your RAM to 4G

XP, ill ty get those and buy new ram later and instal w7

If you use Win. Xp, there's no point in getting 4GB of ram though. (Unless you're one of the few that has X64 Windows, but probably not)

He stated that he will get more memory when he buys W7.

    Hmm ok.
Going by the specs listed here: http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=23503, that should be your board.
    Supports LGA775 and has a PCI-e x16 slot.
Yes you should be able to put in a Q8200 and HD5770 and it should work. Make sure your power supply has a spare 6-pin connector hanging around, HD5770 needs it's power.

It SHOULD fix your FPS issues if WoW is the only thing you're playing on that. A Quad at 2.33ghz should give you better performance than a Duo at 2.8ghz. But don't look for anything amazing here, like I said there are very few upgrade options left for a computer like that.

No your mobo is fine, because with a new motherboard comes a new CPU and RAM and you probably don't have the cash for all of that at once (or do you?).

Don't need a new mobo, your current mobo should handle Q8200 and HD5770 fine.

If you buy a new mobo (well, new to you, as it would have to be pretty old to fit a Core2Quad CPU), there's no point in pairing it with an old CPU. Either upgrade to a Core2Quad with your current motherboard or get a new mobo/CPU/RAM setup.

I'm looking forward to reading this thread in the future. What a plot twist it will be when you finally find out he has a brand model computer (HP/Acer/younameit) and the PSU isn't enough to power up the graphics card.
