Anyone feel like explaining exactly how skill points are awarded? I still don't entirely understand.

You have a chance to gain a skill point from finding a fragment all the way to 100 skill and then you get 5 points for creating a finished piece after that.

1-whatever you collect fragments

after it goes grey you must complete artifacts which takes like 30 fragments per 5 skillups or so etc
