Getting low fps in dungeons

For some reason im getting 5-10 fps in the new dungeons.
Strange part is its only while im in the instance itself, walking back from the GY after wiping, lag free, soon as i walk in, it laggy again.
I range 50-60 in the middle of SW graphics on "Ultra" with all kinds of crap going on, yet i cant handle a 5 man dungeon. Turned my graphics all the way to low and sound off makes no difference.

Any ideas?

So funny that you post this, I was mentioning it to my buddy earlier. It was getting really bad in Lost City it was actually making me nauseous, the kind of visual sickness I got from playing 'Quake' as a kid. There are a few spots in Grim Batol that are really laggy too, particularly the bridge before you fight the first Wyrmcaller, and the actual fight with him (I cringe when he calls the drake down).

In Org, with everyone in town...graphics up? Zero lag. : / Would love to get some input on this myself.
