    Halfus wyrmbreaker damage debuff

    Is the 50% damage debuff applied when you release a drake or after the drake has been killed?

    Once you realease them he gets the debuff, but you never really get to exploit that until the dragon is dead...unless of course you like to do stuff the hard way.
