Elemental haste or haste in general...

Iv noticed when i had 1347 haste my lightning bolt was 1.78 sec cast...later on when i gete about 1900 haste about 600 haste more in difference there still no change to the cast speed still 1.78 cast speed anyone else notice or just me with a bug or there some sorta of cap i just well over caped on?

My haste rating at the moment is 1659 unbuffed, and my lightning balls cast time is 1,77 seconds. Maybe your button addon is bugging? Or whatever your using.
