Best specs?

Hey guys, im new to the MMO Champ forums.

I really need some help choosing what to play as for Cataclysm.
I have played all 3 specs and i love playing them, but i hear some are better than the others.
I play PvE and PvP so i need some suggestions on whats the best in those 2 strands.
Any ideas for specs are welcome because i would greatly appreciate the input and help choosing the best spec at the moment.
