Question on conflag?

Does it scale with both SP and Haste, Haste adds extra tics to immo, does that apply to conflag?

It scales on your immolate. Bigger, hasted immolates = bigger nastier conflags

that what I thought, and that is amazing

I'm already rocking 25-30k conflags on player atm :P
