Druid leveling

Hey guys, I rerolled as a druid and I'm lvl9 atm. I can't decide whether I should level as feral or balance. also, should i just do quests or would it be better to level in instances as a tank?

I have leveld 7 druids. All kinda specs.

Balance + Questing is the best way to do it.

While I've done so, I've also done some dungeons, joined as both dps and healer, but with balance spec. I have not tried this however in cataclysm, so I'm not sure if you can heal as balance up till lvl 74, as I previously did.

Feral - much less downtime, pushback, yaddyadda.
