okay i have two trinkets Leaden Despair and Impetuous Query

leaden is about 4-5k hp
impet is 3 percent avoidance and a use of about 5 percent parry

which one is better?

Heroic Leaden Despair + Impetuous Query are one of the best combos for trinkets pre-raiding. Possibly only beaten out Heroic Leaden Despair + Heroic Tia's Grace (Yes, I know it's AGI, but that's 1% dodge on top of the silly amount of mastery).

As to the HP vs Avoidance question, I'd say avoidance after you're at around 140k unbuffed. You don't want to be a mana sponge.
