Harsh Generation is looking for more exceptional raiders to join us in Cataclysm. We currently have open recruitment for all classes and will maintain this through the first tier of content. Our raid times are Mon-Thurs, 7-10(CST). Current Progression BoT 2/4.



About Harsh Generation:
We are a fairly young guild on server forming midway through Ulduar. During this time we have remained competitive (top ten) with only a 9 hour raid week. By the end of wrath we accomplished 11/12HM(25) and 12/12HM(10). We also managed to find time to achieve both Glory of the Icecrown Raiders. Outside of our 25man we host a lot of alt runs 10/25. HG will also being selecting a couple nights for rated BGs.



What we are looking for:
We are looking for mature players that are focused on defeating all the hard mode content available in game. We are looking for self motivated players that continuously strive to better their play. You must be able to play comfortably at the level required to do hard modes and be able to learn from mistakes and not make them repeatedly. You must be respectful and pleasant to others and be able to keep calm and level headed during progression times. We expect all players to have read strats, watched videos and asked the guild about anything regarding content they are not familiar with before raid time. You must be a team players and remember that the raid ‘win’ meter is more important then any personal meter you may be running, while we expect players to strive to do the best they can we know it’s the little things that can make the difference. In order to receive many of the guild perks you must maintain an 85% raid attendance and excellent raid performance.
