Ravage/shred macro for druids.

I'm trying to put together a macro that'll let me use ravage if i'm prowling or if I have the Stampede buff up(stampede=free ravage and don't have to be in stealth), and let me use shred when neither of those are up.

^ this was my guess at what to use for it, hasn't been working right (I'm not that great with macros).
What would I need to do to get it working right, or can you not get it to work off of temporary buffs like that?

You can't use buffs as conditions in macros. Prowl is stealth though so you can use that, and perhaps a modifier key for after you feral charge.
