Macro / Scripts on Keyboards

Think this would be the most appropiate thread.

Most keyboards have an option to make Macro's or even Scripts for WoW, (Lycosa progamme for example).

What kind of use do you make out of these features? Have you ever made any use from them out of WoW or in WoW?
I'm wondering what situation you could use them in..

Just remember - if you do anything with them that you can't do with a macro or addon in WoW, then what you're doing is considered a bannable offense.

In other words - one keypress = one cast of any spell that's on the GCD. No timed repeating. No multi-cast macros.
