Can anyone let me know what's the name the frame addon in the screenshot?
Also what's that greed/need monitor addon? Is there a better greed/need monitor? Please advise, thanks.

That is TukUI, and the greed/need window is embedded in it as fas as I know.

I'm not sure if there are addons for those alone because that is an addon pack called TukUI.

Teksloot is a lightweight (small) addon that I've found with similar functionality, and can be downloaded from Curse or WoWUI
I'd post the url but I don't have sufficient posts yet.
