Nowhere information about if its "much" higher chance to get zin'rokh at 525 than 450, and if im 450, do i need to buy the skill do be even able to get zin'rokh, or i just stay at 450 and farm trolls and solve them?

The chance that zin'rogh is your next Projekt does not change if your at skill 450 or 525.
You need to buy the skill that grants you 450 and more skill in order to be able to get Zin'rogh.

Zun'rocks can be obtained after you train and halo reach 450 skill level in the profeshun. The chansy pokemon of getting it at 450 is the same as if you were at 475, 500, 515, and 525.
