Frost mage Crit or Haste?

As the title says im just curious to if i should be reforging into Crit or reforging into Haste?

Ive tried Crit for abit was sitting at about 22% with Molten Armor
And haste i was at about 9.5%, didnt see MUCH of a difference in the two.

Stat weights for frost mage.

Int>hit>crit until 33.33%>mastery>haste

I believe personally that its Hi -> Crit -> mastery -> intellect. things are supposed to be frozen and if ya wanna lay down constant burst when you need it then you need crit cap over intellect.

no, 33.33% without it. You want to crit on FFBs and Icelances aswell all the time.

i prefer to get crit first, once you get to 34% any time fingers of frost procs your gonna crit which is huge
