Anyone know approximate cost to power level LW to 525?

Well that depends entirely on the cost of stacks of savage leather on your server. Personally I've spent around 4k just getting it to 506, and I need a LOT more heavy savage leathers to get to 525.

Go Google a 1-525 LW guide. The WoW-professions ones usually have a material list at the start.
Go to Wowhead and look up the average prices (or check your own AH..) of the mats you need.
Add all those numbers together.

Depends on where you are starting (from 1 or 450) and the prices on the server. It can be everything from 10k to 30k.

If you really want more accurate information, go find one of the many guides out there and check your ah for prices.
