Heatsink replacement?

I am looking for an addon to replace heatsink, I was thinking of useing NeedToKnow, but I like how Heatsink puts the internal CD on the trinket Icon. Can I update Heatsink manually or is there another addon with Cataclysm trinket internal CD'S?

NeedToKnow can show internal cooldowns also, but they need the duration entered manually.

A video by Kripparian shows just how to do that, in fact explaining why he replaced Heatsink with NeedToKnow.

Yeah, I saw the video awhile ago. But i prefer heatsink...anyway to update it or use something else?
