Are these good temps @ 4.0GHz?

Built a new computer yesterday. Although this isn't my first build, it is with overclocking in mind.

    Here are my specs.

    Intel Core i5-760@4.0GHz
    COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus
    GIGABYTE GA-P55A-UD3
    EVGA 01G-P3-1371-TR GeForce GTX 460
    G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB
    Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB

    BIOS settings are

    CPU voltage 1.2875V
    QPI - 1.25V with x32 multiplier
    Multiplier on Ram x8 ( 1200 Mhz )
Multiplier on CPU x20 with 200FSB

Turned off LoadLine Calibration, C3/C6State, CPU EIST function, C1E and Turboboost.

booted up first try. Temps are around 30°c in idle, and 60°c on 100% full load. 1 core is around 67°c.

These temps pretty normal for the speed?
