No, I stated really quite obviously ( note the lack of patience you also seem to be lacking? ) within the first sentence of my post that Fraps can indeed record from two devices.

HOWEVER I stated that I personally record the 2nd source through Audacity for the sake of having two separate tracks, one for footage and another for voice-overs, all done in real-time instead of having to crop a recording of a voice-over you do at a later point.
