Wait, wait.. I do not PvE, yet I'm seeing mages make me eat 18k ice lances.
How do you consider this low dps? Might be brainless, yeah. Low damage? Definately not.

It only does 18k if they have FoF or ur frozen. Its not like its an infinitely spammable 18k insta cast.

Which basically means that unless there are several mages doing it at once or they have a lot of haste they'll get three 18k ice lances of on you maximum, and only if you're deep frozen.
After that the rest will do less than half of that damage until you are refrozen or they frostbolt you for another proc.
