and whats the typical rotation 1-2-2-2-2-1 and such.
WE are speaking PvE wise - not PvP so don't go Frost mage! cause they are pretty much useless in PvE.

they're all faceroll, dot classes were a bit more involved until they quit letting a new dot overwrite an old dot

you won't get anything out of this thread, other than a flamewar of people defending the class/spec they play.
I'm voting for an arcane mage in PVE. I currently play fire and sadly might switch to arcane in 4.1.

fury warrior pve, I would know, I played one, extremely easy to output good dmg without much effort.

I'm tempted to post, but diesta is right. This can only lead to flamewar. So I won't state any class/spec etc. All I'll say is that most dps rotations are fairly easy. The hard part is to excel by using all possible resources you have to maximize dps and I'm afraid that has nothing to do with class.

i play a pally but i know theyre kinda OP (mostly holy)
i think mages and warriors are more OP though, rotation-result wise

It's really hard to say because in cataclysm it seems like all classes have at least a little faceroll, if I had to choose I'd say mage of any spec though

Every class is faceroll if you want to be mediocre at best. No class is completely faceroll if you want to perform at the best of your class's(lol how the hell do you write that) ability
