Batch programming for addon package?

Heya, im working at a club for kids and want to standardize their addons on the different pc's, or atleast give the kid the option of using the addon package.

To make that as easy as possible for them (copying folders around in the WTF folders and renaming then might be abit much), so I was hoping it would be possible to program it into a batch file.

Besides not being very familiar with batch programming, there is 1 question I need to get sorted before I start digging down, Is it possible to get user input when starting/running a batch file or is it 100% automatic?

Any help, just a Yes or a No, would be apprieciated

Feeling so silly, I just google "batch programming" the first time and got alot of long tutorials.
