If you don't mind, I'm actually going to link this guide on my guild's recruitment forums. This is the sort of guide I wish ALL of our applicants read before hitting the submit button. Really, the only thing I'd add is:
Don't be the guy who does a complete 180 after passing trial. Passing trial as someone you're not is never a good idea.

Awesome post. Being a part of an hardcore guild this is the one of the best guides I have ever seen. I think this post my friend, should be sticky and promoted to up in every guild's recuitment page.

P.S: I think this guy deserves a Spectral Tiger and more Spectral Tigers for his all Alt chars
