Haste or Resil?

im currently sitting at 3k resil as a disc priest and im not sure if i want to continue getting more resil with gems such as 20 int 20 resil or if i should go for the haste and gem out 20 int 20 haste. Normally i would be all over haste since its always a good stat but with getting destroyed by almost every class im more worried that i will be needing that extra resil from gemming. Any advice?

Resiliance is pretty godly right now. 3.4k atm and not even finished.
