Anyone else notice that it seems this talent is not working since yesterday? I tried also respeccing out and into my ele spec again but it seems that the range on my shear just isn't working. Nor on my totem for that reason? (This is on EU server).

Looking first to see if i am indeed the only one before i'll put in bug reports ingame

i dont think elemental reach its meant to give increased range on wind shear, it would be specified if it did, just like the pvp gloves bonus
