[H-25] EU Hellfire <A Necessary Evil> is recruiting

About us
ANE is a friendly and dedicated semi-hardcore raiding guild that is focusing on 25-man instances. On off-days we run Heroics, raid 10-man or 25-man with our alts and friends or have fun doing Battlegrounds or whatever comes to mind. Our raiders are between 18 and 50 years of age and we like keeping a mature and drama-less environment. We have members located from Scandinavia in the north to Egypt in the south - so it's important we can all speak and write understandable English. Besides our Raiders we also have Friends of raiders in the guild who take part in everything except official raids.
History
ANE was formed in the starting days of “The Burning Crusade” in January 2007 on the newly created server called Hellfire. The guild immediately became a success with a lot of server- and horde-first kills that followed. Even though ANE has always been a semi-hardcore raiding guild we have remained one of the top guilds on the server.
In TBC we were the only horde guild and the second server guild that progressed in Sunwell Plateau. We managed to clear it up to the Twins and were progressing on M’uru when the big nerf hit the game.
In Wrath we continued to keep a nice pace and managed to clear everything in heroic mode and complete the meta achievements - except for 25-man Lich King heroic and 25-man Halion heroic.
Our goal is to explore and experience all the raiding content the game can provide while still feeling that we can live a life outside the game. To be able to combine these two things we expect our raiders to put their best efforts into official raids and always aim to keep improving. We are one of the leading guilds when it comes to raid progression on the server and our goal is to remain in the top ranks throughout Cataclysm. During raids we are focused, well organized and everyone works hard to improve themselves and the raid as a whole. We play this game to relax and have fun and we aim to keep a friendly and mature atmosphere in the guild.
Outside official raid times everyone is free to join alt raids, PvP events or do whatever else they feel is fun.
What kind of players are we looking for?
We do not care who or what you are in real life. (Are you a living Moonkin?!) But we do expect our players to be mature and friendly. Drama is not something we tolerate! Our members carry the guild name with pride and respect.
As a top raiding guild on the server we prefer players with experience of raiding and of course with a character suitably geared for the content we are progressing through. We expect every raider to pull their own weight and prepare themselves properly and keep improving as much as they can. We encourage our raiders to ask for help if they don’t understand something or if they get stuck with a problem and we always appreciate guild mates that lend a hand to help.
We expect our raiders to participate in at least 75% of official raids and always keep us informed about any upcoming absence.

We started with our official raids this week and are progressing in a nice pace with 4 bosses down already. We would like to strengthen our force some more and have still raider spots open.
