Enchanting, if possible in real world would obviously be easier to explain how you do it but I'd guess it would go something like this...
*place item on ground*
*strip naked and cut your hand open*
*dance around in a circle around the item*
*start chanting the following*
"I love you, You love me, We're a happy family, With a great big hug, And a kiss from me to you, Won't you say you love me too?"
and then....
BAM! your item is enchanted!

Hehe, anyway for a Wow Profession i would go for Enchanting.That is not dead which can eternal lie, and with strange Aeons even Death may die.
