I need litle help abaut my DPS
with this gear - eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/neptulon/aquaman/simple
i make abaut 7-8 max 10k dps wit folowing rotation -ms,mf,ms,mf,ms,mf,mb dots and...
gem to put in my equipent get from maxdps.com
i need to make changes to increase my dps but dont know wath exakly to chenge

You'll want to replace the bad gems (like crit and stamina) for pure intellect for the most part. If there's a good socket bonus (that gives intellect) put int/haste or int/spirit depending on the color. You reforged some spirit into hit, which is useless because they are identical for you.

i would drop some talent points in either Inner Sanctum or Paralysis to spend in Veiled Shadows, lowering cd on SF is a significant dps increase

You should reforge your mastery to haste and not haste to hit and defenitly not spirit to hit which is the same.
your leg enchants should be intelect with spirit.
change glyph of dispersion for glyhp SWP.
your "rotation" is also wrong, i sugest you to read de stickies.
