Depends on what you are killing. Most of time, haste and slice 'n dice are both DPS losses if you wanna burst someone down, so you gem crit. If you want sustained dps, the stats weights are the same as for PvE: mastery > haste > crit.

Incorrect. Mutilate PvP is all about poisons. Haste/SnD aid faster applications when dispelled. LOLBURST doesn't really exist that much anymore. I'd say PvP stats would go something like this Mastery/Res > Haste > Crit

Crit for pvp as mut? eh no not at all, You want haste, and yes priority should go Res/mastery > Haste > Crit
