I just thought of something, if you were to happen to do all of this meta and it rewards Master riding, but you only have the 150% riding, does it bipass Artisan and give you both when you finish the meta?

No, you cannot learn the mount until you have Artisan.

So the way it works if you were to only have 150% when you finish the meta, it gives you the mount, but you can't learn it until Artisan, so whenever you buy Artisan, it automagically gives you Master? Is this how it works?

the mount requires higher than 150 to use. once you use the mount it goes in your spell book
THEN
you use the mount (mount up)
then you get the upgraded flight speed (but the mount will fly at 280)
then you dismount... and then remount

congrats ur going 310

EDIT: IT is NOT worth it to do this achievement to get 310 flying. Just buy it from the trainer and save yourself literally days /played.
