I don't often browse the various edits but it looks similar to the Hydra 2.0 edit with a few modifications. I could be wrong though.

It is in fact TukUI, with a few minor modifications. It is a very customizable UI.

I found the normal Hydra and it does look almost the same. Only thing thats different is maybe that DPS isnt shown on Hydra near the bottom(or can that be configured within the UI?). Maybe the 2.0 is even more similar where can I find that one? Also, if I download it will the CPs/abilitiy trackers be the same or is that custom?
