I know very little about PvP, but I do know that Power Torrent wrecks Hurricane in every way, shape, and form in PvE, so I'm assuming it will do the same for you in PvP.
Pandaria is Beautiful: "Envy" / "Hope" / "Despair" / "Harmony"
I'd say Power Torrent personally.
