Did Blizzard just hotfix an ilvl requirement onto Awakened LFR?

So i have reached full bloodthirsty pvp set with honor and now im capped 4k/4k.
What can i use my honor for now? Is there any gems, pvp flags or anything like that, that i can use it on?

If you have an offspec, use it on that. I'm full pvp gear, i'm going to buy my mounts now. =)

Buy heirloom, currently have 3.7k resi and have nothing to spend it on so while Tol Barad is still exploitable imma buy as much heirloom as I can "just in case".

All the heirlooms that you can buy with honor are pvp ones, right? Because they arent that good for lvling because they have res instead of something like crit.
